On the afternoon of August 21^st, 2019 China International Intelligent Industry Expo Volunteer Pledge Conference was held in the Grand Theater of Chongqing University (Huxi Campus).

Deputy Mayor of the Municipal Government, Secretary of the Party Working Committee of the High-tech Zone, Director of the Municipal Development and Reform Commission, Deputy Director of the Undertaking Committee of Smart Expo, Xue Xiong; Secretary of the Party Committee of Chongqing University Xun Zhou; Deputy Secretary-General of the Municipal Government, Director of the Office of the Undertaking Committee of the Smart Expo Qing Zhou; Secretary and Secretary of the Party Leadership Group of the Municipal Committee of the Youth League Jijun Zhang; Member of the Standing Committee and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Chongqing University Xu Wang; Member of the Party Group and Chief Engineer of the Municipal Commission of Economy and Information Technology, Executive Deputy Director of the Office of the Undertaking Committee of the Smart Expo Gang Zhao; and Yongyi Huang, member of the Party Committee and Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Committee of Youth League, attended At the conference. More than 1,200 volunteers were recruited for comrades in charge of the Youth League Committee of the colleges and universities, comrades in charge of the working groups of the volunteer management group, and all volunteers of the Smart Expo. Among them, a total of 25 people from the College of Mechanical Engineering participated in voluntary work in different positions in the competition. The 2017-level counselor Xiaojun Wang and the 2018-level counselor Dashuai Yang attended the event as the leading teachers.

Since the end of today’s swearing ceremony, all volunteers will start to enter the actual positions one after another. They will go to CQEXPO, Chongqing JiangBei International Airport (T2, T3), and railway stations (Chongqing Station, Chongqingbei Railway Station, Chongqingxi Railway Station), the Press Center, Wyndham Chongqing Yuelai，, etc. According to the arrangements of the working groups of the Undertaking Committee, designate locations to carry out voluntary services, and strive to contribute to the smooth development of the Smart Expo.
